Minihotel "St Petersburg Assembly"

This minihotel is centrally located in historical part of St. Petersburg, on the corner of Sadovaya Street and Apraksin Lane, 5 minutes walk from “Sadovaja” subway station and 10 minutes walk from “Nevskij Prospect” subway station. All of the city’s fantastic attractions are within walking distance: major tourist sights as Hermitage, Russian Museum, St. Isaac Cathedral, Church Savior on the Blood, Yusupov Palace, Mariinskij Opera and Ballet Theater and more, as well as shopping and entertainment.

Minihotel occupies the four-room apartment on the second floor. There are four cozy clean bedrooms with two comfortable twin size beds in each room and big living room with an attached kitchen. The kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a gas-stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric teakettle.  Walls in the living room are decorated with original oil paintings by professional artists (the art works are for sale).  One bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. Other three bedrooms share one full bathroom with a shower, a shower with a sink and a toilet with a sink

Every morning breakfast (included in the price) is served in the kitchen/living room where in the evening guests can get together to exchange their day experience and impressions, to watch TV, to listen music, or just to read a book sitting in the comfortable chairs and sofa. 

In case of a group of 10 people the sofa-bed and the loveseat-bed in living room can be converted to the additional sleeping places.

Prices : 

Per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast and service. Cleaning and towels change is done twice a week, linen change – weekly.
